Palomino Yearling Gallops Through the Fog

The Equine Photographers Network has a friendly Winter Solstice shoot/competition. In muddy Oregon, I knew I would not be competing with charming snow scenes or the sunny images from the southern hemisphere, so I hoped for fog. I was rewarded with one of the foggiest days I had ever seen there. This image placed third in Art Horse Magazine’s Ex Arte Equinus annual competition.
